- This watch is great for field work using military time, but wish it had a indiglo feature to use around the clock. Both hands do glow great when exposed to light but need lighting source to work.

U-Boat 1088 wrist watches news:
Can anyone out there tell me which models now feature the blue lume? I was thinking about picking up an Explorer II this week. It's been in my AD's case for over a year though. If newer Explorers have the blue lume then I would ask my AD to order a newer one since his current inventory has green lume.ThanksSmokin
When will the new Aqua Terras with the vertical striped dials become available?Does anyone have firm MSRPs for the steel/black dial or the twotone/brown dial?TIA
Anyone own this watch? Heavier than the Monster. I believe I own part of the last of the Singapore models. What are your thoughts on the piece. I will post a pic soon.Angelis
I was checking out "Greatest Game" on ESPN, and they were showing the Giants vs Colts Championship game that went to overtime from 1958. A few players from that game were talking with current players as the highlights ran. Adam Vinatieri was wearing a G-Shock (or something very similar) and Tony Dungy had what looked like a digital Ti Casio. Kind of interesting that they can afford any watch they want but still choose sensible tool watches.
At last I have all the Photographic gear needed to start taking proper photos of my beloved watch collection. I have been asked by Forum members to show photos of my watches and thought I would start with the Speedmaster Opollo-Soyuz Meteorite as there has been threads on this watch recently. Its not an easy one to photograph due to the texture of the dial. The others in my collection should be a lot easier I hope. Alan
