- This watch is sweet, I'm not gonna lie. It's a little ger than I'd like but it still looks sweet. It's very lightweight so I'm not sure if that means It'll break easily or not, but I don't plan on dropping it anytime soon.

Cartier W20011C4 wrist watches news:
I have been watching and even bidding on some vintage Hammies on you-know-where and have even had a few close calls. Several of the watches that have caught my eye have dials that have been re-painted.Does this detract from a vintage watch? Does it decrease the dollar value? Are vintage watches usually more fragile, requiring special handling?
Well it happened. I got a Tissot for Christmas. I'll get some pics out there soon enough. I'ts been a while since I had an incoming post. It feels good to be back in the saddle.
Have someone of you any idea which is the most expensive watch ever made...or sold?Just curious...I know that AP and PP have some models over 1 million dollars...but how about the most expensive one ever? Thanks.
Thank you everyone on this forum, who has helped to influence my decisions. Back from deployment hence the absence from the site. After deciding to buy an Omega PO and doing some very quick research. I let my wife know what I wanted, she agreed. So then went on the hunt for an Ad who could make the deal sweeter. Found the AD and they made the deal sweet enough, however I missed the mail for the day. Being an impatient WIS, I then decided to take a drive and collect my new workhorse in person. I tried on the 45.5mm and it took up my whole wrist, so then decided to stick with the 42.5. Tried the orange bezel, but decided against it, then tried the orange markers with black bezel. Again it somehow just did not look right. So in the end being conservative stuck to black on white markers.Sized up perfectly. I always thought that my GMT IIc TT sat perfectly. But the PO sits in the flat on my wrist with minimal movement. A nice heft to it similar to a gold daytona. So here are some
I was wondering whether the aquanaut would look better without the markers around the dial, and only the numerals could be made a bit bigger and moved to the outside of the dial, taking the place of the markers. I think it would modernize the timepiece big time. Can anyone with good photoshop skills try to achieve that?
