- My only concern - I have relatively narrow wrists, and the band is on the second to last notch. Not a blem for me, but someone with thicker wrists could have issues.

Panerai PAM 00125 wrist watches news:
I was looking through my vintage watch collection and I have always wanted to know if these have a name. the brown strap watch is 14K gold case the blue starp one is 10K RGP. all mechincal duh of course they are.
I have an IWC, Rolex, Omega, Cartier Wakmann and a US Air Corps hack watch issued to me in the Army Air Corps in 1943. Of all these watches I like my Seiko best of all. It is a chronograph with 5 windows including a moon window. And it is more accurate than all the others. And when it comes to watches there is much to be said for accuracy. :->artkramer.blackapplehost/

I have just read about a reissue of a vintage Longine watch, the Silver Arrow. The Longines Silver Arrow was made for a short time in 1955. Longines has recently announced a reissue model. The new Silver Arrow is 38mm without the crown, plated in silver, features "mini" markers, and uses an ETA 2892 movement. It will retail for $1500.This is a really nice looking watch! It looks very classy and elegany. It has certainly got my attention and is now on my radar to have a look at when it becomes available. I haven't seen any details of when that will be, but soon, I hope!!Dennis, what do you know about the original 1955 version?
So this is a bit overdue, but I know how you all love pics, so I needed to at least post one. Last week, I picked up a Panda. It is not my first AP ever, I had a white dialed RC back in 2008/2009 or so, but it is my first since then. I have to say that the workmanship on an AP is just unmatched compared to my Rolexes, Panerais and IWC. The polished bezel is just BEAUTIFUL!! I am so hooked that I am going to pick up my 2nd in the next few days, but I will keep you guessing on that! For now, here is a wristshot of the new Panda on the bracelet. I do have some straps as well that came with the watch. The next AP that I will be getting is on a bracelet all the time (hint, hint), so it might encourage me to do a swap! Here she is:
