Seiko SRG016P1 wrist watches news:
I was bitten by the "watch fever" bug about six months ago and since then have been buying watches only based on what I thought looked good (and with an affordable price). Now I want to use a little more logic and want to collect with a purpose. I have a real appreciation for mechanical watches in general and really like skeleton watches as well. I don't have a large disposable budget for such things, maybe a couple of hundred a month or so. Many of my current collection are less than $100.00 bucks and include several Citizen Eco-drives, Citizen 21-jewel autos, Invicta 21-jewel miyota movements, Invicta Swiss quartz, Seiko 21-jewel autos and a few inexpensive Chinese mechanicals that looked nice and seemed like good values. This is the watch behind my questions on this post regarding the WIS-Disease: This is a disease, isn't it?.It arrived a couple of days ago, but I was not able to snap some pictures until this AM. I am very happy! It shows a little more wear than I was hoping for, going to take it to my jeweler and see if they can buff the case a bit - but it is a beautiful watch, I love the detail on the dial. Some picts:Dial Detail:Enjoy!B
my current collection consists of the followingI am torn between the ROC 41mm blue face and the offshore panda on F1 strap for daily wear.I have tried on the panda and is amazing but havent seen the ROC 41mm. The bracelet on the 41mm is just too good on all the images i have seen over here and online and the blue face just makes it that much more difficult. kindly share your expert views and comments. As watch are totally different in the flesh and your opinions will be imperative in me leaning towards a better choice.thank you regardsurooj
