It happened at midnight last night while I was about to exit O'Hare Airport. Car stopped on its own and all sort of error messages on dashboard. So what do you do? I'm Glad I Got This Speedmaster Date . . .
. . . before it disappeared. I don't like the current offerings as well. The date between the 4 and the 5 just looks odd to me. But hey, that's just me. After all, tastes vary. I wonder why they keep moving the date around on the Speedmaster. There must be a reason . . . I hope it's not just because of marketing. Sorry about the relfection. I took the photo outdoor early last March before we got our recent soaking here in Southern California.

5712 is the PP that I admire the most, however the only thing holding me back is the lack of 5 and 7 o'clock mark. It is hard to read the minute hand when they are around 5 or 7 mark.
