Parmigiani has announced the opening of its nearly $20 million state-of-the-art Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier facility near its headquarters in Fleurier. The new facility provides about 75,000 square feet for Parmigiani’s movement production, finishing and assembly. Parmigiani manufactures all its components within its own facilities. From what I can tell, they are not even sure why as they had a really good placement in the store and I think they did a decent amount of business. Nor did they provide heavy discounts that undermine the brand, but still.The closest AP AD is now Govberg in Philadelphia, PA.Somehow I doubt that AP will open up a boutique in the DC area, but who knows that they are up to?
