Hi guys,I am a newbie and i am not so in to watches, but i need your help. My mother has inherited a watch from her father. Its a Marvin from 1960 with a signature from Josip Broz TITIO. Tito gave this watch to my grandfather and then my grandfather gave it to my mother. The watch is new never worn with original watch box and certificate....so condition NEW. This ABSOLUTELY insane piece arrived in today's mail! This is a 4 piece SIZE 0s Oresilver Fahys Trench Watch Case that has the snap on shrapnel guard ! ! ! ! !I have NEVER seen one of these in a size 0s, I thought that they only made these in the smaller size 3/0s. The case is HUGE ! ! ! It measures 36mm across ! ! !I have been dealing in American military watches for awhile now and I haven't ever heard of a reference to one of these being a SIZE 0s ! ! ! I did not know that such a case existed ! ! ! This is my Holy Grail ! ! !Somebody over the years cut one of the lugs off but this can be repaired for about $50.00 and the other lug can be bent back into it's proper shape. I have taken several pictures showing how it is assembled.When it arrived it had a wrong Swiss movement inside that was the wrong size as well so I am going to put it back as close to original as possible using a time period correct American size 0s Elgin movement and military dial. Hello WTF'ers, I'm new here and I'm trying to find a watch but I don't know if the criteria I'm setting can be found in one piece or not.-Atomic & Solar-Tritium Markers-Analog movement-Maratac Zulu-type band (doesn't necessarily HAVE to be Maratac, just something other than leather, rubber, or metal)-Plain in appearance (not looking for something obtuse like a G-Shock, and don't want markings on bezel like Luminox and others)-Chronograph is a plus, but not necessary-That's about it, any suggestions? Thanks.The watch I currently wear is a Citizen E100 seen here and I love it for the most part, but it lacks the Atomic syncing, and the glow components fade very quickly. I'd like to be able to pick it up in middle of night and be legible.
