A recent thread got me to thinking about just how much care and contact some companys give and I want to point out an exceptional example of customer contact/care.RAYMOND WEIL. If you have never been to see how they take care of their customers you will be surprised. Welcome gifts, VIP club for watch owners, free tickets for sponsored worldwide events, contests etc.Yesterday when I was at their site, I requested the newest Jazz compilation CD for members. I can listen to Jazz thru their site as I surf the web. This company wants loyal customers and shows it. Amazing how much they want to do for customers. Now I know that RW is somewhat overlooked (why I don't know) by many WIS, but it is to their disadvantage. Small specks under the crystal
Just had my AD send my 3 week old Breitling Airwolf Raven back to BUSA. I recently noticed that in a few areas there are very tiny specks of something, looks like dust is the only way I can explain, under (inside) the crystal. They are very hard to see but once you know they are there then it's all I look at. Has anyone else had this problem?

Should this defect be a 'no deal'? Or no big deal! ?
I have been searching for this watch for months. I decided I wanted it right when Omega discontinued it. :(Problem is, the listing says 88% good, 'lume flake on the dial'.Is this going to really be a big deal being able to read the time?I was so impatient waiting to find this watch, I did buy the 36mm but I don't LOVE it. And even though I love the lume, it doesn't say bright very long and I don't look at it much. I mostly just check the time in the daylight.And I want it for daily wear and perfection and future value in this used watch isn't all that important to me.
