...I'm off to get married on Saturday!!! My bride and me (and my 116201): Our wedding is this Saturday but I won't have a chance to check in here for a few weeks. From then on, a wedding ring will be present in all my wristshots. We're very fortunate to be marrying in a beautiful church among the old spires of Oxford: (Whoops - what's that Yacht-Master doing there?? ;-) ) On Saturday I'll be wearing my 116201 and my tux......see, a non-formal watch DOES look good with formal attire!! There will be at least one other Datejust in formal attire - my father's:I suspect he'll be able to pull it off too. Finally, we'll spend our honeymoon in sunny Mexico...this time not the Yucatan, however - we're touring colonial Mexico and then relaxing at the beach in Acapulco. Please forgive my ignorance, if this sounds like a daft question.With the above type of watch, either the Da Vinci or Portuguese.When you move around the different timezones and you require to alter the time. Can you do so without upsetting the calendar.And which is the best way to do it.I'm only talking about 8 hours or so difference, either forwards or backwards.Many thanks.Tony

Just received my bracelet. No half link? Yes, it is a gosh tight. I was wearing my JLC Navy Seals on bracelet before this came and do like the double easy link system that bracelet has for fine adjustment. So am I correct that a half link is a special order item? Any experience in this area would be most appreciated. Oops, posting the pictures I noticed it still has a sticker on. Definitely give the watch a different character.
