After all, it did seem logical, many of us reasoned. I had figured, and this was strictly a theory, but my thought was that even with all the great features added (better clasp, ceramic bezel, green anniversary script,maxi-dial, triplock crown, "super case") even all that wasn't enough to warrant calling it III, however, surely with a MAJOR change, like having the 3186 in the watch and the parachrom blue, that would call for a new number!
