This Paris based company makes incredible humidors and I have one. In looking into watch winders I found they make some beauties. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with them and how well they work. I know the cabinet will one outstanding but it needs to wind watches too....
So, anyone remember the story I told about meeting the watch repair man in the antique store about a month ago? I saw a very nice Citizen Eco Drive ladies watch in a style I knew she'd like posted this past Wednesday. "Man, if it's still for sale when I get my tax return, I'm going to buy it" Sure enough, tax return hit on Thursday. So, I met the seller on Friday (She happened to be in my aera right after I left the bank-it worked out perfectly!). The only problem with the watch was the band was missing a pin, which she noted in the ad. She had the original bax, papers, books and extra links. It was working, so I bought it.So, n

This is my first 'Pilot' watch and I really like the cream colored dial and the excellent legibility of the dial markings. At 44mm by 52mm and with a 37.5mm dial it wears large and I'm wearing it on the last position on the strap. I have a 7 1/4 inch wrist.It has minimal lume, but is sufficient to read easily as the hands are quite large. Looking to possibly purchase this vintage Breitling. I believe it's dated from around 1972, gold with stainless case back. Does anyone have info on this model, 9122? Any info about at all and/or value would be appreciated. This would be my first Breitling so be nice? What do you guys think of it too? Not my picute btw. Thanks.
I have a 1969 145-018 Seamaster Chrono. which I am attaching a picture of.I have seen a few of these around over the years, but none with a configuration of the S in Seamaster like this one. Most of the ones I see have the rounded S.Does anyone know about the different shapes of the S's and the history that may be attributed to them.
