I recently bought my first mechanical watch and while i really like it, its a little annoying having to rewind it if I go a day without wearing it. I would like a winder with at least two spots since I will probably end up buy another mechanical watch in the future. I was just wondering how much I should be expecting to pay and if there's a particular brand that is popular among the forum. A sales lady showed me one that was $195 or something and that's just too expensive for me.
I just got in my Ventura reproduction silver and black leather strap that Hamilton issued with the first run Ventura's only for a few months. I picked it up at that place by the sea. It's got the Hamilton logo and "Electric" words embossed into the inside of the strap. It really makes the Ventura come alive. Richard Arbib had the right idea and the watch feels 'complete' now. I recommend it to everyone who owns a Ventura.I know that our illustrious member and expert sells them on his website and I would recommend buying from him FIRST. not really the most comparable of pieces but wondering if anyone here has chosen the fifty fathoms over an ap. Previously had a black themes, ended up trading away for an aquanaut that i ended up trading out for a 15202. Absolutely love the 15202 so looking to add to the collection. Been thinking about the white dial ap diver, but have always had a soft spot for the fifty fathoms. I never did understand how bp justifies a 15k msrp tho.
