Hublot's creator, Carlo Crocco, grew up in an Italian family of watchmakers. He had designed his first watch by 1967. In 1980 he followed in his families footsteps and set up his own company, MDM Geneva. A Few nearby omega supported retailers quote. Me at 4500-4700, however, one said they would give me a 20% (down to 3600) discount if I paid cash.Is this a fair deal? I have seen much cheaper- in the neighborhood of about 2.5-2.7k AUD via international online dealers in the UK with a littl extra shipping. However, I am very concerned about getting a fake; especially since the fakes around are good, and I'd be in a precarious position should I obtain one from an international online dealer. Am I being paranoid?Where should I buy it from? My wife gave me a Longines Admiral gold watch on our wedding day - still runs perfect and in great shape except the a pin recently broke and I need to find a replacement - Can anybody help locate a "coffin link" for this watch band?
Hi,Was just browsing through my copy of the above and noticed that it is missing pages 505 through 520. The spread in the attached pic shows pages 504 and 521. Did anyone else notice this? Is it just my copy or are more copies defective?No big deal as it is just some index pages but quite strange just the same. Henkan
